Account Removal Policy
In compliance with Google Play and our policies, we provide users of Yaydy Platform the ability to request the deletion of their account and all associated data at any time.
To initiate the account removal process, please complete the form located at the bottom of this page.
Process Overview
- Fill out the account removal request form below and submit it.
- Check your registered email address for a one-time password (OTP) and enter it to confirm your request.
- Once verified, your account will be marked as deleted and suspended for a period of 15 days.
During this 15-day suspension period, you may request restoration of your account by:
- Sending an email to [email protected]
- Logging back into your account and requesting a new password.
If no restoration request is received within the 15-day period, your account and all associated data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.
Data Handling: All personal data, including account information and usage history, will be permanently erased. However, certain data may be retained for legal and compliance purposes for a limited period as required by applicable laws.
