- Cancel within 14 days for full refund (if less than 5% of content used).
- No refund beyond that threshold.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content (text, videos, courses, trademarks) is owned by Yaydy or licensed. Copying or distribution without permission is prohibited.
7. User Content
Community posts and comments remain property of their authors, who grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to the Platform for publication and use.
8. Conduct & Moderation
It is forbidden to post offensive, illegal, or defamatory content. Accounts may be suspended or removed for violations.
9. Liability Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "as is“ without warranties. Yaydy is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use.
10. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated with 15 days&apos notice via email. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
